摘要

当下的计算机应用发展非常的迅速，在这种快节奏的时代发展下，人们通过计算机实现了很好日常工作处理，通过计算机能够有效地提高人们对于信息数据的运算处理能力，能够通过利用计算机来实现精准、高效的数据维护与管理，提升整个单位的信息管理能力。而在网络化的发展之下，能够让传统线下的系统放置在线上来进行运行，有效的方便且的不同员工通过网络来使用同一款系统，并且实现了系统的中的信息通过网络的高效传输，方便了员工之间的互动也提升了整个单位对于单位内部信息的管理统计工作。
而从财务结算的方面来看，现在的企事业单位都需要财务软件的配套来对企事业单位日常的结算开支等内容进行管理。如果涉及销售、产品买卖等，销售人员的差旅费支出、日程的营销费用支出等都非常的频繁，因此开发一款记账管理软件，可以方便一些小型的企事业单位来进行简单的内部记账工作的线上化。本次就是通过利用了计算机编程技术来进行这项内容的开发，通过本次的记账管理系统的开发能够有效地提升账务的管理能力，可以有效地提升单位的账务管理能力。

abstract
With the rapid development of computer application, in this fast-paced era, people have achieved a good daily work processing through computers, which can effectively improve people’s computing and processing ability of information data, and can achieve accurate and efficient data maintenance and management through the use of computers, which can enhance the information management capacity of the whole unit. With the development of networking, traditional offline systems can be put on-line to run. Effective, convenient and different employees use the same system through the network, and the information in the system can be efficiently transmitted through the network, which facilitates the interaction between employees and also improves the management and statistics of information within the unit.

From the aspect of financial settlement, now enterprises and institutions need supporting financial software to manage their daily settlement expenditure and other contents. If sales, product sales, etc. are involved, the travel expenses of sales personnel, marketing expenses of the schedule, etc. are very frequent. Therefore, the development of an accounting management software can facilitate some small enterprises and institutions to make simple internal accounting online. This is through the use of computer programming technology to develop this content, through the development of this accounting management system can effectively improve the management capacity of accounts, can effectively improve the unit’s account management capacity.
