原因：

** 本次开发引用了magpie的jar包，但是magpie里调用的netty的方法，而且magpie的jar里木有打包netty的代码，所以我们需要在pom文件里导入netty，由于导入的netty版本于magpie引用的netty版本不一致，导致报错，修改pom文件的netty类型和版本即可
