Login failed for user ‘domain\account’. Reason: Token-based server access validation failed with an infrastructure error. Login lacks Connect SQL permission

background :
the service account is local system (not domain account)

method for investigate:
1.account issue :confirm that the account is enable and granted (because i only check if enable and ingore the granted or deny)
2.find same other domain account to test the connection between application and db instance . in order to exclude the connection issue
3.to consider if DNS issue or SPN issue (now i had excluded it because the service account is local system).
