这里做一个记录在于自己安装使用过程中一个问题有段时间没有使用SVN，忽然需要拉去服务器文件安装了个客户端，使用安装包默认一直安装的形式行不通，一直报错Unable to connect to a repository at URL的情况，试了网上几个方法都没有解决清楚clear方法，这里使用没有啥效果，也许有他自己的适用场景，我没试出来这里不赘述同上，去掉勾选Enable Proxy Server，网传有效果，于是也试了下，一样没有效果，不多赘述解决方法：试了几次卸载重装没有解决问.
