创建索引

1. 创建表时，创建索引

create table if not exists user(
	id int(11) unsigned not null  auto_increment,
	username char(20) not null,
	usernickname varchar(200) not null,
	birth_date date not null,
	primary key (id),
	index username_index(username),
	index username_birth_date_index(username,birth_date)
)

2. 生成表后，通过create语句创建索引
   create index 索引名 on 表名(索引字段[,索引字段])

create index username_birth_date_index on user(username,birth_date);

3. 生成表后，通过alter语句创建索引
   alter table 表名 add index 索引名(索引字段[,索引字段])

alter table user add index username_birth_date_index(username,birth_date);

删除索引

1. 使用drop方法删除
   drop index 索引名 from 表名

drop index username_birth_date_index on user;

2. 使用alter方法删除
   alter table 表名 drop index 索引名

alter table user drop index username_birth_date_index;

注：索引没有真正意义上的编辑，如果想要编辑索引可以删除后在重新添加
