Flutter Warning: License for package Android SDK Build-Tools not accepted

新建一个Flutter的项目，运行时报错

感觉主要错误信息是Checking the license for package Android SDK Build-Tools 28.0.3 in C:\Users\Bin\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\licenses
Warning: License for package Android SDK Build-Tools 28.0.3 not accepted.

解决方法是adb进入报错的目录

C:\Users\Bin\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\tools\bin,到bin文件里面

执行sdkmanager.bat --licenses命令

然后一直选择 y到完成，就可以啦

终于运行起来了、。、、、、、、
