如果在linux下出现这个问题，可以检查一下torch的版本，clip是在1.7.1上完成的，如果torch版本低于1.7则会报EOFerror:Ran out of input。

挑一个高版本安装即可。

 pip install torch==1.9.1 torchvision==0.10.1
