IDEA编译报错

错误如下：

[ERROR]

原因：

maven在编译时没有找到我指定的jdk8

将以下加入到pom.xml

     <build>
		<plugins>
			<!-- java编译插件 -->
			<plugin>
                <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
                <artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
                <version>3.8.1</version>
                <configuration>
                    <source>1.8</source>
                    <target>1.8</target>
                    <encoding>UTF-8</encoding>
                </configuration>
            </plugin>
		</plugins>
	</build>
