JetBrains Account使用教育邮箱申请使用idea（延长授权时间）

1、原因分析：要恰饭

2021/3/9 idea的使用期限到了！！！在jetBrains官网申请延长授权时间出幺蛾子。

Sorry, we can’t accept your email address because we are not able to identify if the people from this email domain are truly students or not.This could have happened for the following reasons:Your school allows registering an email address there even if you are not a student of the college.Someone from the school sold or shared their account details or activation code publicly, which has led to a broad account misuse and license terms violation.If you are a student of this college, please apply with an official document.

首先，这种情况估计用教育邮箱申请（白嫖）的太多了，然后（要恰饭的）审核可能比较严，需要上传学生证或者是学信网学籍信息？（我确实是上传了的）

2、步骤：提交请求，发邮件

在https://sales.jetbrains.com/hc/zh-cn的右上角点击"提交请求"来联系官方并说明情况。本来觉得会跟腾讯客服一样无人搭理。结果提交情况说明，是真的有用！（上午发的邮件下午就审核通过了！）

I applied for JetBrains education version through student package a few days ago, but I don’t know why I can’t receive the email. junk mail settings turned off, and “JetBrains.com” domain name has been added to the Whitelist.
Also when l used my mail to register ,l got a notification like “Sorry, we can’t accept your email address because we are not able to identify if the people from this email domain are truly students or not…”
please help me.
