smarty中的时间问题

早上在学习smarty时，刷新页面时出现了上边的情况，在询问了之后，发现是php.ini中的时区尚未配置，找到

date_timezone，然后去掉前边的分号，将时区设置为PRC ，然后保存即可。

在此复习一下
