2022.10.15自主学习GoLang下载Mysql包时报编译错误

报错如下：

连接尝试失败，因为被连接方在一段时间后没有正确响应，或建立的连接失败，因为被连接的主机没有响应。

解决办法：更改为国内可用的代理地址

在命令提示符输入： go env -w GOPROXY=https://goproxy.cn
