Permission denied: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:9090

修改了 httpd 的端口(9090) 重启httpd报错，然后
journalctl -xe 查看错误，得到下面的错。

Permission denied: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:9090

1.自己理解字面意思理解可能是本机这个端口已经被占用了，所查看一下端口。
但是没有查到

2.怀疑是SELINUX 没关，一看真的是
一开机，SELINUX默认是开启的时候，默认会给所有的软件上锁，不能进行更改。

把这个改为disabled
执行这个 setenforce 0
