Gitlab - “fatal: Unable to create ‘xxx/.git/index.lock‘: File exists.“

问题背景

   今天提交代码的时候，执行 *git add xxxxxxxx* 时遇到了如下错误：

$ git add xxxxxx.cpp
fatal: Unable to create 'xxxxxx/.git/index.lock': File exists.

Another git process seems to be running in this repository, e.g.
an editor opened by 'git commit'. Please make sure all processes
are terminated then try again. If it still fails, a git process
may have crashed in this repository earlier:
remove the file manually to continue.

解决办法

   1、进入项目的 **.git** 目录（隐藏目录），找到 **index.lock** 并删除。
   2、回到 git 命令行，重新执行 *git add xxxxxx* 操作即可。
