产生原因：流程引擎的属性表数据丢失，可能是在同步数据结构丢失。

解决办法：重新初始化引擎表数据，将默认的表结构和数据在导入一下使用的库。

总计：在项目部署或者迁库的时候，流程表让系统启动时自己生成，在吧数据同步上去，不要直接同步结构和数据。
