先登录mysql

mysql -u root -p
your password

ALTER USER 'root'@'%' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '你的密码';
ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '你的密码';
SELECT plugin FROM mysql.user WHERE User = 'root';
