【Android Studio】出现Could not get resource 'https://jcenter.bintray.com/xxxxx/xxx.jar的问题解决方法

这是资源下载失败的问题

在网上找的一些，有的是翻墙，有的是下jar包导入，都没成功，终于找到正确的方法就记录一下

在项目project的build.gradle下配置成阿里的镜像服务器

maven{ url 'http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/'}

完整build.gradle代码

最后再sync一下就行了
