PHP学习过程中遇到的坑

使用windows服务器，phpstuday 第一天服务器配置好访问没有问题。第二天发现访问php文件nginx会报错，以下是错误日志：

网上搜索很多办法配置没有结果。
使用cmd查看 netstat -ano 发现9000端口关闭
重启服务器后解决问题
