修改maven中央仓库地址为阿里镜像仓库

1. 删除C:\Users\21577\.m2下的repository目录
   
2. 重新创建一个Repository文件夹(作为新的仓库)
3. 在C:\Users\21577\.m2下添加一个xml文件,文件名为settings.xml,文件内容如下:
