springMVC中文件下载（ajax好像不行）

在做项目时，要做个到指定目录下载文件，首先要引入jar包，Apache-commons系列中的fileupload；

下面是controler层的程序

这里使用注释中的ajax方法是不行的，因为由jquery ajax专门的上传文件
