基于maven的SSM项目分模块搭建每个模块需要依赖的包

1.首先是将要搭建模块模板(一下所有包都是基于这个模板搭建的)：

    注意：这个项目是通过分布式dubbo做的，所以service中设置了一个端口号，web中设置了一个端口号，且2个端口号不相同

创建maven的parent模块：
