Mysql 5.6安装配置并解决乱码问题

Mysql 5.6下载地址：

解压缩文件到磁盘，并配置Mysql环境变量如下图：

修改解压目录下的my.ini文件（如果文件名不为这个则改为这个），修改内容为：

修改完成后点击保存

管理员运行cmd,输入mysqld -install，然后输入net start mysql 即可
