解决
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1

tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

这是因为

1.tar包压缩的时候用cvf参数，解压的时候用xvf参数
2.压缩的时候用czvf参数，解压的时候用xzvf参数

3.bz 包遇到了，就把z参数换成相应j参数

补充：

tar -cvf log.tar log2012.log    仅打包，不压缩！   -------------------->xvf
tar -zcvf log.tar.gz log2012.log   打包后，以 gzip 压缩 -------->xzvf
tar -jcvf log.tar.bz2 log2012.log  打包后，以 bzip2 压缩 ----------------->xjvf
