如果安装的Robot Framework==3.0 ，请检查环境变量是否正确

1. vim ~/.bash_profile
2. 添加：PATH="/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.7/bin:?{PATH}"
3. 添加：export PATH，保存退出
4. source ~/.bash_profile
5. echo $PATH
6. 再次启动RIDE python3 -m robotide.init，执行用例，pass，完美
