tp5（ThinkPHP 5.1）连接达梦数据库

1.安装达梦数据库，配置PHP环境并加载达梦数据库驱动，可参考
PHP7.3加载达梦数据库驱动
2.在 项目/thinkphp\library\think\db\builder下，新建Dm.php。
