解决

第一种解决办法
在你mysql的目录找到my.ini这个文件，在文件[mysqld]的这个下面添加一行代码

default-time-zone='+8:00'

第二种解决办法
就是在java连接jdbc的url中指定时区

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test3?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8&useSSL=true
