1. Who do you admire and why?

我很崇拜马云。
I admire jack ma very much.

首先是他非常努力，
First of all, he worked very hard.

我知道他当初英语并不好，
I know he wasn’t very good at English at first.

他靠着不断出门打工，主动和外国人交谈
He went out to work and talked to foreigners

他才慢慢锻炼好了口语。
and slowly practiced his spoken English.

而且他白手起家，创办了如今中国最大的网购平台，
And he built what is now China’s largest online shopping platform from scratch,

这其中的艰辛困难，他都一一克服，让我十分敬佩。
He overcame all these difficulties one by one, which made me admire him very much.

第二是他很有远见也很有勇气，
The second is that he was visionary and courageous,

他没有安逸于当一个英语老师，而是主动选择创业。
Instead of being comfortable as an English teacher, he chose to start his own business.

同时他选对了公司的发展方向，发现了其中的商机，

并且随着中国市场的变化，他不断调整公司战略。

这让我觉得他非常有远见。
