创建表之create命令（包含主键约束，外键约束）

create table 表名
 ( 字段名  数据类型         主键约束        
   id    number(15)   primary key,
   字段名     数据类型     外键约束   引入下表的字段为外键   外键字段   非空设置
   customer   number(15)   references          customer          (id)   not null,
                          设置默认值为null
   ststus varchar(20)      default null,
 );



例如：创建订单表
create table order_form
 (
   id number(15) primary key not null,
   customer number(15) references customer (id) not null,
   traddate date  not null,
   ststus varchar(20) default null,
   amount number(15,3) default null
 );

创建表时添加注释：
 comment on column "用户名"."表名"."字段名" is '备注信息';

例如:
 comment on column "SCOTT"."ORDER_FORM"."ID" is '订单ID，设置为主键';

   注意：'双引号里边的字母必须大写！！！'
