解决win10系统突然熄灭屏幕后无法唤起

神州t97笔记本win10和显卡驱动均升级到最新版本。

有时候看网页写word好好的突然屏幕熄灭了。再点击鼠标键盘后屏幕依然没反应，只能长按重启。很烦。

如下图改屏幕和睡眠为从不还是没反应。

 

然后点击下图的设备管理器，在系统设备中找到Intel Management Engine Interface  允许计算机关闭此设备...(A)取消掉。

还是没有用

然后更改高级电源设置控制锁定显示关闭超时0分钟

还是没有用

 

 

 

 

正确方法：降级Intel Management Engine Interface驱动从12.到9.0x 就ok了。因为inter新版本驱动和win10系统不兼容。

如果还不行就重新安装系统。据说新版本win10解决了这个问题

1.下载Intel Management Engine Interface驱动9.0版本

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66098.exe

2.安装到c盘

3.找到 C:\SWSetup\SP66098\Drivers\MEI\heci.inf文件不管它

4.win+x打开设备管理器，在系统设备中找到Intel Management Engine Interface点击

5.点击更新驱动程序软件，浏览计算机以查找驱动程序软件

6.点击让我从计算机上的可用驱动程序列表中选取（L）

7.点击从磁盘中安装 ，输入C:\SWSetup\SP66098\Drivers\MEI\heci.inf 后点确定

 

 

8.点击下一步安装驱动程序。如图9.5.24.1790版本驱动就ok了

重启电脑结束
