DubboComponentScanRegistrar：
ImportBeanDefinitionRegistrar有一个方法需要实现。

1. 其中参数AnnotationMetadata importingClassMetadata可以拿到被@Import修饰的注解信息(所以ImportBeanDefinitionRegistrar实现类的一个功能就是处理某个注解信息)
2. 参数BeanDefinitionRegistry registry就是BeanDefinition注册器，BeanDefinition包含了创建bean所需要的信息，根据BeanDefinition后面可以创建spring 容器中的bean。
