一、报错

[oracle@cays ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Thu Sep 26 17:34:06 2019

Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup
ORA-00845: MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system
SQL>

二、修改

1、修改文件

sudo vim /etc/fstab

添加一行：tmpfs /dev/shm tmpfs defaults,size=4G 0 0

UUID=9ff5a454-c300-4e6e-bec3-f1cb38b3b2d9 /boot                   xfs     defaults        0 0
/dev/mapper/centos-swap swap                    swap    defaults        0 0
tmpfs    /dev/shm    tmpfs  defaults,size=4G      0 0

2、重新挂载/dev/shm

sudo mount -o remount /dev/shm

三、重启Oracle

[oracle@cays ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Thu Sep 26 17:34:06 2019

Copyright (c) 1982, 2009, Oracle.  All rights reserved.

Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup
ORA-00845: MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.
