django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: Error loading MySQLdb module. Did you install mysqlclie

解决办法：
1、pycharm安装pymysql

2、在项目原始目录中编辑init.py文件（与settings.py相同）。加：
import pymysql
pymysql.install_as_MySQLdb()

3、再次运行报错如下：
 File "/Users/ptmind/Documents/Sublime_file/python3/newfile/djang3/venv/lib/python3.7/site-packages/django/db/backends/mysql/base.py", line 37, in <module>
    raise ImproperlyConfigured('mysqlclient 1.3.13 or newer is required; you have %s.' % Database.__version__)
django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: mysqlclient 1.3.13 or newer is required; you have 0.9.3.

4、根据报错看到37行
vim /Users/ptmind/Documents/Sublime_file/python3/newfile/djang3/venv/lib/python3.7/site-packages/django/db/backends/mysql/base.py
到37行
注释掉以下几行
#if version < (1, 3, 13):
#    raise ImproperlyConfigured('mysqlclient 1.3.13 or newer is required; you have %s.' % Database.__version__)

5、再次运行你会看到
python3 manage.py migrate
