DropDownList的项按字母顺序排列

 这里用到几个函数,一个SQL自定义函数,主要按汉语拼音字母排序,这个函数来源于网上收集，记不得作者是谁了，还有那个取汉字首字母(大写)，首先在这里感谢他们。

 1 首先在一个空的查询中创建函数（空的查询，不然会报create function 必须是批处理中仅有的语句）

2.刷新数据库，调用函数

未调用前没有正常排序

调用后按照英文字母顺序排列（调用时可能会报错，不用管只要函数存在即可调用）
