springmvc from表单提交报400

我遇到的情况 

400 请求出错 
由于语法格式有误，服务器无法理解此请求。不作修改，客户程序就无法重复此请求。

<select id="client_Business" style="width:159px;" name="client_Business">
        <option>---请选择---</option>
        <c:forEach items="${hczyClientIndustries}" var="indestry">
            <option value="${indestry.clientInd_ID}">${indestry.clientInd_Name}</option>
        </c:forEach>
    </select>

select没有被选择的时候  

<option>---请选择---</option>

默认选的这个没有value值，给它加一个默认值空字符串就好了，如下：

<select id="client_Business" style="width:159px;" name="client_Business">
        <option value="">---请选择---</option>
        <c:forEach items="${hczyClientIndustries}" var="indestry">
            <option value="${indestry.clientInd_ID}">${indestry.clientInd_Name}</option>
        </c:forEach>
    </select>
