安装一些库是出现问题。比如：
pip install gevent 时出错。

输入网址：http://landinghub.visualstudio.com/visual-cpp-build-tools
若是安装其他库失败，先搜索你要下载的库，我这里是gevent

我的python版本是3.7.0，电脑是64位，选择箭头所指的版本，下载好后，在cmd中输入命名：

pip install D:\搜狗高速下载\gevent-1.3.6-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl

如果安装成功，则不必往下看，若是失败显示：

gevent-1.3.6-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.

选择32位的下载，安装，我的就是64位安装不成功，32位安装成功。
