MySQL8.0的用户密码加密方式Django2.1兼容。

这个问题在navicat连接mysql的时候会报错1251
django会报错：django.db.utils.OperationalError: (2059, <NULL>)
解决方案：
1.先通过命令行进入mysql的root账户：

C:\Users\PicaHealth>mysql -u root -p

再输入root的密码：

Enter password: ******
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 22
Server version: 8.0.15 MySQL Community Server - GPL

2.更改加密方式：

mysql> ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password' PASSWORD EXPIRE NEVER;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)

3.更改密码：9527

mysql> ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '123456';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.01 sec)

4.刷新：

mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

以上内容只有第3条需求修改，其他的直接把命令复制进去
