Andorid studio cannot run- So what platform will you use?

Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration ':classpath seams become a famous problem now.
Once you download Android studio from either google.com or .cn, you will find it cannot run with an error above.
Someone said it is because blocking access of certain website.
I tried via certain VPN, even access of google website has no problem, the issue is still there.
I checked stack flow and googled many article , none of them can resolve it.
So what platform are you using? Can anyone with rich experience give any idea?
