Problem 1: Write a function that stutters a word as if someone is struggling to read it. The first two letters are repeated twice with an ellipsis … and space after each, and then the word is pronounced with a question mark ?.

编写一个断断续续的函数，就好像有人很难读懂一个单词。前两个字母用省略号重复两遍，每个字母后面有空格，然后这个单词要用问号发音?
