C#使用GDAL的bug

System.ApplicationException:“PROJ: proj_create_from_database: C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\11\share\contrib\postgis-3.2\proj\proj.db contains DATABASE.LAYOUT.VERSION.MINOR = 0 whereas a number >= 2 is expected. It comes from another PROJ installation.”

不清楚是什么错误，因为我在代码里面设置了局部变量，不应该去读取全局变量，现在应该是读取了全局的变量。

解决方法：

 重启电脑，不重启不生效。
