1、停止mysql

systemctl stop mysqld.service

2、设置免密登陆

vi /etc/my.cnf在mysqld下面加上

skip-grant-tables跳过输入密码阶段

3、systemctl start mysqld.service启动mysql

4、mysql -uroot -p进入mysql

4、进入之后输入

5.7之前
update user set password=password("密码") where user="root";
5.7之后
update mysql.user set authentication_string=password('密码') where user='root';

更改密码
flush privileges;刷新设置

4、输入quit；退出，之后删掉my.cnf里加的话

systemctl startmysqld.service重启mysql，然后再次进入尝试。

输入新密码解决问题
