PRVF-0002 : Could not retrieve local nodename的问题处理

安装gi时遇到如下问题PRVF-0002 : Could not retrieve local nodename

[lbnbua02:root:/grid/app/grid]  ./runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -n lbnbua02 -fixup verbose

You must NOT be logged in as root (uid=0) when running ./runcluvfy.sh.

[lbnbua02:root:/grid/app/grid] su - grid

$ cd /grid/app/grid

$  ./runcluvfy.sh stage -pre crsinst -n lbnbua02 -fixup verbose

 

WARNING:

Could not access or create trace file path "/tmp/bootstrap/cv/log". Trace information could not be collected

 

PRVF-0002 : Could not retrieve local nodename

不能找到本地nodename

查看hosts文件

[lbnbua02:root:/grid/app/grid] ls -lrt /etc/hosts

-rw-r-----    1 root    system        13877 Jun 05 11:42 /etc/hosts

方法一：

--hosts加other的读权限

[lbnbua02:root:/grid/app/grid] chmod o+r  /etc/hosts

[lbnbua02:root:/grid/app/grid]  ls -lrt /etc/hosts

-rw-r--r--    1 root    system        13877 Jun 05 11:42 /etc/hosts

 

方法二：

--或者所属组加system

[lbnbua02:root:/grid/app/grid] vi /etc/group

"/etc/group" 29 lines, 683 characters

system:!:0:root,pconsole,esaadmin,oracle,yuanquan,srvproxy,safe,grid

再次检测就没有这个问题了
