android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: table Bmi_records has no column named username (code 1): , while compiling: insert into Bmi_records(username,height,weight,bmi,date,sex) values(?,?,?,?,?,?)

在用android数据库的时候，报了一个这样的错误，当时想了好久没搞懂为啥，后来发现是因为表创建成功后如果改动表中的列，要不就把表名也改了，这样就相当于重新创一个表，要不就把整个库删掉重新录入数据
