fatal: unable to access ‘https://***.git/‘: OpenSSL SSL_read: Connection was reset, errno 10054

（1）问题描述

提示：这里描述项目中遇到的问题：

在使用git时出现：

$ git clone https://github.com/***/**.git
Cloning into 'NeteaseCloudMusicApi'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/***/**.git/': OpenSSL SSL_read: Connection was reset, errno 10054

解决方案：

一般是因为服务器的SSL证书没有经过第三方机构的签署，所以才报错，解除ssl验证后，再次git即可；

git config --global http.sslVerify "false"

（2）问题描述

然而还是没通过出现了time out：

Cloning into 'D:\1just\work\Test'...fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/***/Test.git/': Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21061 ms: Timed out

解决方案：

好多地方的解决方案只有（1）但是我使用之后还是显示Time Out，使用（2）就解决了；

//取消http代理
git config --global --unset http.proxy
//取消https代理 
git config --global --unset https.proxy

git config --global http.proxy ""
