夜神模拟器与Android studio连接工具，C#调用CMD命令

我们都知道夜神模拟器连接AS时每次都需要执行nox_adb.exe connect 127.0.0.1:62001 这段命令，用了几天之后发现很蛋疼，所以决定写一个小程序可以一键执行，于是我选择了使用C#调用cmd命令执行。
