1、查询某个位置下有那些地址信息
参数如下：
请求类型：GET
keyword： 城市/区/街道 
offset： 当前页位置
limit：每页显示多少条数据

2、查询某个在线用户的收货地址及备注
userId: 用户的ID 9位数数据 只能查看在线用户  （其实我们用循环一直用遍历9位数字一直去试，能查询当前弄个人用户elm的收获地址和手机号等...）
