OCILIB操作数据库

下载地址：http://vrogier.github.io/ocilib/download/

文档目录如下，将include和lib（选择lib32还是lib64看自己需求）分别拷贝到自己项目路径下

然后在配置，如下：

代码写好后，要将lib目录下的dll文件放在执行程序同路径下
