C#实现国密算法SM4

国密算法SM4

因为MD5加密容易被破解,所有最近有需求将密码算法MD5改为国密算法,此处是国密算法SM4的实现。
注意:用JS编写国密SM4算出的结果和后台算出来是不一样的,因为
