Windows下安装OpenSSL

要有visual studio,因为构建依赖nmake,然后需要安装perl

To install OpenSSL, you will need:

  * A make implementation
  * Perl 5 with core modules (please read NOTES.PERL)
  * The perl module Text::Template (please read NOTES.PERL)
  * an ANSI C compiler
  * a development environment in the form of development libraries and C
    header files
  * a supported operating system

  on Windows (only pick one of the targets for configuration):

    $ perl Configure { VC-WIN32 | VC-WIN64A | VC-WIN64I | VC-CE }
    $ nmake
    $ nmake test
    $ nmake install

我用VC-WIN32标志安装成功了，configure时不指定--prefix的话默认安装在如下位置:

C:\Program Files\OpenSSL

 or C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSSL

 - Perl. We recommend ActiveState Perl, available from
   https://www.activestate.com/ActivePerl. Another viable alternative
   appears to be Strawberry Perl, http://strawberryperl.com.
   You also need the perl module Text::Template, available on CPAN.
