数据库版本：8.0.21
连接Mysql数据库，出现如下错误：

错误代码：
数据库配置的properties文件

driver=com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test?serverTimezone=UTC

修改后：

driver=com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test?useSSL=false&serverTimezone=UTC

原因：MySQL在高版本需要指明是否进行SSL连接
