起因

基于配置原因，根据版本说明对spring boot 等的版本进行升级

• 升级后版本
• 表面原因
  • bootstrap.yml不生效，导致无法连接数据库
• 实际原因
  • 从Spring Boot 2.4版本开始，配置文件加载方式进行了重构。

解决方法

添加

      <dependency>
            <groupId>org.springframework.cloud</groupId>
            <artifactId>spring-cloud-starter-bootstrap</artifactId>
        </dependency>
