rsa加密后无法解密的问题

今天和Java对接后台接口，发现Java加完密之后的我这边（PHP）无法解密，原因是：rsa加密长度最长是117，超过这个长度就需要分段加密，下面直接奉上rsa加解密类库

还需要注意一个问题就是base64加密后的结果会有特殊字符，如果非要用get传值就用urlencode编码一下，因为get传值会吧+号转化成空格，接到后台无法解密！！！！！

最好用post就不会出现这种情况
